The primary focus of this role is to manage, retain, and grow the corporate client portfolio for Employee-Employer Group Fund schemes (Gratuity, Superannuation, and Leave Encashment). The incumbent will act as the key consultant to corporate HR and Finance teams, ensuring smooth fund deployment, optimal fund performance reporting, seamless renewal operations, and strict regulatory compliance under IRDAI guidelines.
