Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Head to lead our telecalling team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, guide, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve sales targets.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure the achievement of daily sales goals.
- Train, mentor, and support telecallers to improve their performance and productivity.
- Follow up on leads and implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates.
- Monitor sales activities and track team performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or team leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
