Kshetra is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Manager – E-commerce to lead and scale our digital business across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and direct-to-consumer channels.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands both strategy and execution, can build high-performing teams, and is excited about creating the next phase of growth for a rapidly expanding consumer brand.
What You'll Be Responsible For
· Leading the overall e-commerce and quick commerce business.
· Driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
· Managing key marketplace and quick commerce relationships.
· Overseeing product listings, promotions, inventory planning, and digital operations.
· Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing e-commerce team.
· Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and customer experience teams to achieve business goals.
· Delivering actionable insights through performance analysis and reporting.
Ideal Candidate
· 8–12+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online business management.
· Proven track record of growing marketplace and quick commerce businesses.
· Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
· Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and D2C platforms.
· Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
· FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, or Retail experience preferred.
