Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Recruitment Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that equip aspiring recruiters with the skills needed to effectively identify, evaluate, and hire top IT talent. The trainer will provide hands-on training on technical recruitment strategies, tools, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on IT recruitment covering both technical and soft skills.
- Train learners on full-cycle recruitment including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Educate participants on different IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and tools to enhance technical understanding.
- Demonstrate effective use of job portals, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and other recruitment tools.
- Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, and real-time simulations to improve learner confidence and proficiency.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT hiring, tech stacks, and recruitment methodologies.
- Customize training sessions to meet the skill levels of beginners, intermediates, and experienced professionals.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, assessments, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT recruitment or technical hiring, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, roles such as developers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, etc.
- Proficient in sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- High energy, patience, and passion for teaching and people development.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: ₹10,256.83 - ₹42,747.62 per month
