About the Role
Albert Learning is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Language Trainers to conduct engaging and interactive English language sessions for students from diverse age groups and backgrounds. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching and helping learners build confidence in their English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online English language training sessions focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Deliver lessons through video conferencing platforms in an engaging and student-centric manner.
- Prepare and customize lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' learning needs and proficiency levels.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to suit different age groups, learning styles, and language abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop, evaluate, and enhance training courses, learning materials, and related services.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive and supportive online classroom environment.

- Experienced English language trainers and teachers.
- Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
- French or Spanish language skills are a bonus but are not essential for the role.
- Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with strong English language proficiency and an interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in English language training or online teaching will be an added advantage.
Technical Requirements
Candidates should have:
- A laptop or desktop with a functional webcam and microphone.
- A stable broadband internet connection.
- A backup internet connection (preferred).
- Reliable power supply and power backup arrangements (preferred).
- A quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free workspace suitable for conducting online classes.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar online teaching platforms.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners in an online environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centric approach to teaching.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online teaching tools.
