Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Office Assistant is responsible for managing the front office, handling visitor interactions, attending telephone calls, providing administrative support, maintaining records, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, faculty, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding college services and procedures.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and official communications.
- Assist in preparing letters, circulars, notices, reports, and other official documents.
- Perform data entry and filing of documents, both physical and digital.
- Support admission, examination, and academic administration activities when required.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the reception and office area.
- Assist HR and administrative departments in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Office Administration is preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
