Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Manage and expand the distributor and retail network in assigned territory.

Identify potential clients, conduct market visits, and convert leads into sales.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.

Conduct product training and ensure visibility and placement of products at outlets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field sales executives.

Track daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure timely collections.

Coordinate with the marketing team for local-level promotional activities.

Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives or field sales staff (if applicable).
Key Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetic/Personal Care field sales.

Strong knowledge of retail distribution and dealer management.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Comfortable working in a target-based and field-intensive role.
