Skill Set Required:
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing production of motor casing and PSO-XL components to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities
- Optimize machining/fabrication processes and reduce cycle time
- Manage shop floor operations, manpower, and machine utilization
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
