Job Description – Senior Marketing Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities for plotted land development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product marketing, strong campaign execution skills, and a practical understanding of lead generation and branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies for plotted land development projects
- Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns
- Generate leads through digital and traditional marketing activities
- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead portals
- Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal sales teams
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Support branding, promotions, and site-level marketing activities
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across platforms
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Required Skills & Expertise
- Experience in marketing, preferably plotted development projects
- Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to execute campaigns independently
- Creative thinking with practical problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of branding and customer engagement strategies
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate marketing
- Experience in handling online and offline marketing activities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resident of Nagpur preferred
- Looking for a long-term association
