We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to manage the service and after-sales operations for AJAX Machines.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in construction/heavy equipment service.
- Experience with AJAX Self Loading Concrete Mixer will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good leadership, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and service management software.
- Willingness to travel for customer/site visits.

- Manage complete service and after-sales activities for AJAX machines.
- Lead and manage the Service Engineers and Technicians.
- Handle customer complaints, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and customer issues.
- Monitor machine uptime, service schedules, and service performance.
- Coordinate with Parts and Sales teams for effective customer support.
- Manage warranty claims, service reports, and technical documentation.
- Conduct regular customer/site visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and achieve service KPIs and targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with AJAX service standards and company policies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
