Position: Tele caller
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Qualification: Any Degree
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers.
Explain company products/services to customers clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain customer database and call records.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with collection and operations teams for customer support.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to handle customer queries politely.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales & collection process preferred.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Tele calling /Customer Service/Sales

Positive attitude and team player.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
