Job Description
We are looking for a Site Engineer + Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in construction. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quantity estimation, measurements, billing, BOQ preparation, and monitoring project progress and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, estimates, and material requirements.
- Take accurate site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills.
- Prepare RA bills and final bills.
- Monitor quantities, material usage, wastage, and project costs.
- Prepare rate analysis and variation statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper quality and safety standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Site Engineering.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
