Realta Ventures is seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and drive the organization's next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, delivering business results, and navigating the complexities of the real estate and redevelopment sector.
As CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the company's strategic direction, overseeing business operations, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Define and articulate the organization's vision, mission, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, redevelopment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Provide leadership and oversight across all business functions and departments.
- Establish performance metrics and review organizational effectiveness.
- Drive operational efficiencies, process improvements, and resource optimization.
- Ensure timely execution of key business initiatives and projects.
Stakeholder & External Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in interactions with government authorities, industry bodies, and external agencies.
- Enhance the company's reputation and market presence through effective leadership and communication.
Business Development & Growth
- Lead the identification and evaluation of redevelopment, SRA, and real estate development opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.
- Explore strategic alliances, joint ventures, and expansion initiatives.
- Develop and implement plans to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to implement approved strategies and policies.
- Provide periodic reports and strategic updates to the Board.
- Promote ethical business practices and a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.
Leadership & Decision-Making
- Inspire, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead critical decision-making processes and provide guidance during periods of change or uncertainty.
- Approve major organizational policies, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee crisis management and business continuity planning to safeguard organizational interests.
Qualifications & Experience
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
. 8 -10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a significant portion in senior executive roles.
. Proven experience within the real estate, redevelopment, construction, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
. Demonstrated success in driving business growth, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
. Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
. Excellent communication, relationship management, and decision-making skills.
