Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join a leading Make in India OEM specializing in Smart City Solutions, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), LED Display Solutions, and Traffic Management Systems.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate new business, manage client relationships, and handle end-to-end sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Smart Cities, ITS, LED Display, and Traffic Solution projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with different departments, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Prepare and submit tenders, bids, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for successful execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech, Diploma (Engineering), or MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Government Sales
- Experience in Smart Cities, ITS, LED Displays, Traffic Management, Electronics, Electrical, Infrastructure, or Industrial Solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
