About the Role
Farlex Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in pharmaceutical sales and possess strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Ensure product availability and timely order collection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and expense reports.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities organized by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science or Pharmacy background preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools is an advantage.

- Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
