About the Role
We are looking for a Web Developer & Designer who can combine strong web development skills with a good understanding of modern design, digital experiences, and consumer-facing brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and have prior experience building e-commerce websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-quality websites.
- Build and maintain e-commerce websites and online storefronts.
- Work across UI/UX and front-end development.
- Use AI tools to assist with development, experimentation, and iteration.
- Implement animations, interactions, transitions, and engaging digital experiences.
- Convert creative concepts and references into functional websites.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop and mobile.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and business teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web development.
- Prior experience designing and developing e-commerce websites is required.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools.
- Good understanding of UI/UX, typography, layout, animation, and current web design trends.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Understanding of FMCG, beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing markets is preferred.
- Ability to understand brand positioning and translate it into a digital experience.
- Portfolio of websites, particularly e-commerce projects, is preferred.

Someone who is technically capable and design-conscious—who understands both how to build a website and how to make it visually compelling, intuitive, and commercially effective.
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Compensation: Based on experience and profile
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
