THE OPPORTUNITY
Denali Assets provides an extensive range of services under Facility Management and Property Management.
We are looking for a stellar individual to join our Team. Our Asst. Property Managers work closely with our client teams to build and run operations to help them succeed in their business objectives. Our experienced, dedicated and professional approach to Facility Management ensures peak efficiency without compromising on the health, safety and comfort aspects of our tenants.
To be an effective Asst. Property Manager at Denali Assets, you should be able to plan and execute work in the following areas:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Formulation, promulgation and implementation of instructions and guidelines for
smooth functioning at site.
- Ensuring proper working and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and security
equipment of the premises.
- Periodic inspection of site and ensuring maintenance of equipment as per ppm
schedule.
- Ensuring upkeep of records and log books in professional manner.
- Ensuring all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on
timely basis.
- Undertaking cases for procurement, repairs, up gradation and development of
equipment/ items.
- Developing and maintaining cordial relations with client/residents and civil
authorities.
- Screening, hiring and training of new personnel of service provider.
- Assigning of daily/weekly assignments to staff.
- Timely escalation of suggestions/observations to improve the working system and
procedures.
- Ensuring compliance to governing documents by one and all.
- Keeping abreast with the local and state statutory policies.
- Providing prompt response of emails received.
- Updating and pursuing pending task tracker with client.
- Overall smooth operations of the site w.r.t. Security, fire & safety, technical maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, finances and customer relations.
- Ensuring delivery of services as per the agreed terms and conditions.
Qualification: Engineering graduate. Diploma in EEE. B.Tech/BE- Mechanical or EEE, ITI.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling a facility or property

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹710,000.00 per year
