Job Summary
BILARA GROUP is seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator cum Content Writer to develop engaging content for our social media, website, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, Reels, videos, captions, scripts, blogs, and website content.
- Develop creative content related to architectural and residential projects.
- Write scripts and create engaging short-form video content.
- Participate in project/site shoots and present content on camera when required.
- Research social media trends and develop new content ideas.
- Create and adapt content in multiple languages.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Architecture, Design, and Construction teams.
- Assist with basic video shooting and editing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Writing, Content Creation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Reels.
- Creative mindset with strong content development skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or interior design is preferred.
Language Requirements
Required: Malayalam & English
Preferred: Tamil ,Kannada, Telugu & Hindi
Candidates who can create and present content in 3 or more languages will be preferred.
Education
Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred.
