- Onboarding & Orientation: Develop training plans for new hires, including product knowledge and orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
- Content Creation: Produce physical and digital educational materials, such as manuals, videos, role-play scenarios, and case studies.
- Skills Assessment: Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and evaluate employee performance post-training.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Facilitate training sessions, lead role-playing exercises, and provide one-on-one coaching to help reps overcome objections.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as close rates and sales quotas, to ensure training alignment with financial objectives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
