The Professional, Quality Assurance supports the delivery of high-quality software by designing and executing test activities within an established framework. The role works independently on defined testing tasks and contributes directly to functional results. The Professional develops test cases, executes manual and automated tests, tracks defects and collaborates with development and product teams to clarify requirements. The role checks QA processes, recommends improvements and may provide informal support to less experienced colleagues.
