Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and computer-related work.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or a similar field will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the school's admission process, curriculum, and facilities.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Guide parents through the admission procedure and assist with form filling and document submission.
- Follow up with prospective parents to ensure timely completion of the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Coordinate admission-related activities, entrance assessments, and parent interactions.
- Prepare admission reports and update student data in the school's ERP/database.
