Theroheal Marketed by Hosco Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in handling government and private tenders and are looking to build your career in the healthcare industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tender Executive.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPP Portal, and e-tendering processes.
- Ability to prepare tender documents, quotations, and compliance sheets.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial documentation.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up on tender status.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
