Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Job Postings: Write and publish engaging job descriptions on relevant career portals.
- Campus Recruitment: Organize and participate in college placement drives and career fairs to hire fresh engineering talent.
Interviewing & Selection
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluation: Manage the technical assessment or design test process for CAD instructors and engineers.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Offers: Formulate compensation packages and extend employment offers to selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Seamlessly transition selected candidates into the company onboarding process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within tech, engineering, or educational institutes.
Technical Skills
- Sourcing Tools: High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE terminology (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Revit) is highly preferred.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasion and salary negotiation capabilities.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and fill urgent positions under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
