About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy for our restaurant and hospitality brands.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building strong brand identities, increasing customer acquisition and retention, driving footfall and revenue, managing digital and social media initiatives, developing marketing campaigns, and creating strategic partnerships and collaborations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality, restaurants, F&B, lifestyle, nightlife, or consumer-facing brands, with a proven track record of building brands and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for the company's restaurants and hospitality businesses.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Develop outlet-specific marketing strategies based on target audience, location, positioning, and business requirements.
- Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, footfall, repeat visits, and revenue.
2. Brand Management
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all outlets and marketing channels.
- Ensure all communication, campaigns, creatives, and customer touchpoints are aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Develop innovative concepts and campaigns that differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and customer communication.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead the overall digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Oversee Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content and campaign calendars in coordination with the creative and social media teams.
- Monitor social media growth, engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Oversee paid digital campaigns and ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets.
- Track campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on ROI and business results.
- Ensure timely creation and publishing of high-quality content.
4. Content & Creative Management
- Work closely with Social Media Executives, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Videographers, and external creative agencies.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events, offers, and special occasions.
- Ensure high-quality photography, videography, reels, promotional content, and other brand assets.
- Review and approve marketing creatives before publication.
- Maintain a strong visual and communication identity across all platforms.
5. Restaurant & Event Marketing
- Develop marketing strategies for restaurant launches, new menus, special events, live performances, festive campaigns, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the Operations and Events teams to promote upcoming events and drive reservations and footfall.
- Create campaigns around festivals, occasions, seasonal menus, special experiences, and brand initiatives.
- Track the performance and ROI of individual campaigns and events.
6. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with:
- Influencers and content creators
- Lifestyle brands
- Hotels and travel companies
- Corporates
- Event companies
- Media houses
- Entertainment partners
- Premium consumer brands
- Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop influencer and celebrity engagement strategies where appropriate.
- Build long-term relationships that increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
7. Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and increase repeat visits.
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for targeted campaigns.
- Develop loyalty, referral, database, CRM, and retention initiatives.
- Work with the team to build and maintain customer databases.
- Develop personalized offers and communication campaigns based on customer segments.
8. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Monitor marketing performance through measurable KPIs.
- Track metrics such as:
- Customer acquisition cost
- Return on ad spend
- Website traffic
- Social media engagement
- Reservations generated
- Campaign conversions
- Customer acquisition
- Repeat customers
- Revenue generated through campaigns
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for senior management.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.
9. Team Management
- Lead and manage the complete marketing and creative team.
- Set clear responsibilities, targets, and deadlines for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and development of marketing talent.
- Build a high-performing and creative marketing team.
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities.
10. Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the annual and monthly marketing budgets.
- Allocate budgets across digital advertising, social media, influencers, events, content production, PR, partnerships, and other activities.
- Monitor marketing expenditure and ensure maximum ROI.
- Negotiate commercials with agencies, influencers, vendors, and marketing partners.
11. PR & Brand Visibility
- Develop PR strategies to increase brand visibility and media presence.
- Build relationships with journalists, publications, bloggers, influencers, and relevant media platforms.
- Identify opportunities for features, interviews, reviews, brand stories, and industry coverage.
- Coordinate with PR agencies where required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within:
- Hospitality
- Restaurants / F&B
- Nightlife
- Luxury / Lifestyle
- Hotels
- Consumer-facing brands
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of current social media and digital marketing trends.

The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, strong people leader, creative marketer, and commercially focused professional who understands the hospitality and restaurant business.
They should be able to balance creative brand building with measurable business outcomes and have the ability to take complete ownership of the company's marketing function—from strategy and campaigns to social media, content, partnerships, customer acquisition, and performance analysis.
Candidates with strong hospitality, restaurant, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer-brand marketing experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
