Primary ResponsibilitiesTeam Building: Identify, recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents.Business Development: Drive sales performance, generate leads, and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.Training and Licensing: Ensure team members pass required regulatory licensing exams (such as the IRDAI IC-38) and provide continuous product training.
