Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Hair and Skin Counsellor to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to clients seeking advice on hair and skin care, helping them achieve their beauty and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' hair and skin concerns and goals
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations on hair and skin care routines, products, and treatments
- Help clients identify and address underlying issues affecting their hair and skin health
- Offer guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and stress management techniques to promote overall wellness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and treatments to provide informed advice
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hair and skin care, beauty, or wellness
- Strong knowledge of hair and skin anatomy, physiology, and common issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with clients and provide supportive guidance
- Certification in hair and skin care, beauty, or wellness (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a spa, salon, or wellness center
- Knowledge of natural and holistic hair and skin care practices
- Certification in trichology, skincare, or a related field
- Familiarity with hair and skin analysis techniques and tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
