Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business in the trucking & freight industry
· Cold call and follow up with carriers, shippers, and small fleets
· Find and book high-paying loads on freight platforms
· Negotiate rates with trucker and shippers
· Manage dispatch operations, scheduling, and load tracking in co-ordnance with Dispatch team
· Monitor drivers and resolve delays or operational issues
· Handle freight paperwork (Rate Confirmations, PODs, BOLs)
· Maintain accurate records in CRM/TMS systems
· Coordinate with operations and management to ensure client satisfaction
· Meet sales and operational performance targets
Requirements
· Minimum 6MONTH years of experience in sales, dispatch, freight, or logistics with proven track records in USA/Canada/Mexico market
· Knowledge of trucking market AND TYPE TRAILERS / EQUIPMENTS.
· Understanding of USA/ Canada/Mexico Geographically
· Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
· Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, CRM, and TMS tools
· Strong negotiation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
· Organized, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
