Job Summary
Zioline is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, build strong relationships with customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department whenever required.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
- Follow company communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Work with CRM software, MS Excel, and other business tools.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with strong listening skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Telemarketing Executive.
