Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The Senior Business Development Executive will drive sales growth, manage accounts, and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to the company’s goal of transforming the automotive industry.
Qualifications
● Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
● Proven skills in Business and Account Management
● Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
● Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach
● Experience in the automotive industry or similar sectors is a plus
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
● Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities
● Drive end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
● Identify and develop new business opportunities across markets
● Generate qualified leads through field work, networking, and strategic outreach
● Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
● Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand revenue channels
● Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
● Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction & retention
● Collaborate with internal teams to align on growth strategy and execution
