We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven individuals for the role of Academic Counselor. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding Online UG/PG/Diploma programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle admission-related queries via calls and follow-ups.
- Guide learners throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain student databases and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and admission targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/Undergraduate from any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in EdTech or counseling will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred!!
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
