Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate customer problem statements into clear UX artifacts (user journeys, prototypes, UI specifications)
- Conduct contextual inquiries, stakeholder interviews, and user research to drive decision-making
- Create and maintain personas, success metrics, and UI guidelines
- Collaborate closely with developers, field engineers, product owners, and domain experts
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Industry 4.0, industrial UX patterns, and HMI/SCADA-like interfaces
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
- Promote a strong design culture and ensure design consistency across products
- Work on cutting-edge Industry 4.0 products involving machine data, production analytics, IoT dashboards, and operational workflows
- Convert customer needs into user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and design systems
- Rapidly test, iterate, and refine user flows based on stakeholder and user feedback
- Support product demonstrations with compelling visual, audio-video, and motion-based communication assets
- Shape design standards that elevate the user experience across industrial applications
- Advocate for design thinking within multi-disciplinary teams
Technical Competencies:
