- Oversee day-to-day immigration operations and ensure smooth workflow management.
- Manage and supervise the immigration team, including counselors, case managers, and documentation staff.
- Guide clients regarding immigration procedures, visa filing processes, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration laws, policies, and company standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide training, mentoring, and support where required.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex client issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and operational data.
- Develop strategies to improve productivity, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Pay: ₹19,823.47 - ₹45,678.90 per month
