We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in the OutSystems 11 low-code platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting scalable and secure enterprise applications.
The role requires strong experience in OutSystems, SQL, APIs, web/mobile application development, and enterprise system integrations. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, QA teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using OutSystems 11.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Integrate OutSystems applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, databases, and web services.
- Work with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365/O365, and other applications.
- Perform unit/integration testing and troubleshoot application issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support and maintain existing OutSystems applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and user experience.
- Follow OutSystems development standards and security best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, QA, and development teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong OutSystems development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in OutSystems 11.
- Strong experience in web and mobile application development.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, O365/Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
- Experience in application testing, troubleshooting, support, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of application security and development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field; MCA is also acceptable.
