Full job description

Job Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven professional to design, develop, improve, and support automated business workflows across our organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business processes suitable for automation and implement efficient workflows.

Troubleshoot issues related to RPA bot deployment, execution, data extraction, and reporting.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain workflow automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Map and document existing workflows and business processes.
 Identify repetitive manual tasks suitable for automation.
 Design and develop workflow and RPA automation solutions.
 Build integrations between applications using APIs and webhooks.
 Develop automated notifications, task assignments, validations and reports.
 Troubleshoot, test and improve existing automation workflows.
 Support UAT, deployment and production automation processes.
 Monitor automation performance and resolve exceptions or failures.
 Prepare SOPs and technical/process documentation.
 Collaborate with departments to understand workflow challenges and automation requirements.
 Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered automation and productivity solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

 2–5 years' experience in workflow automation, RPA, process automation, software automation or business process improvement.
 Strong hands-on experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
 Good understanding of n8n, Power Automate and API integrations.
 Ability to troubleshoot, test and support automation solutions in production.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to convert manual processes into efficient and scalable automated systems.
 Good documentation and communication skills.
 Comfortable working with AI and emerging automation technologies.

Office Timing: Monday to Friday: 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Alternate Saturday: Working | Sunday: Fixed Off

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
