Responsibilities will include:
- Handling purchase of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintaining purchase records in excel.
- Assisting with accounting entries related to purchase.
- Source and procure gold, diamonds, gemstones, silver, and jewellery accessories from approved vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best quality and rates.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, merchandising, and finance teams.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish materials to avoid shortages.
- Verify the quality, weight, purity, and specifications of purchased materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and jewellery industry standards.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Analyze market trends and fluctuations in gold, diamond, and precious metal prices.
- Manage inventory costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery delay.

Pay: ₹10,853.33 - ₹37,332.17 per month
