Role Overview
This is a full-time, onsite role located in Vadodara for an HR Manager. The individual will take ownership of the organization’s core HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, guide the HR team, manage workforce requirements, and ensure a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee management
- Manage attendance, payroll, leave, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation
- Guide and manage the HR team
- Support management with workforce planning and HR decisions
Requirements :
1. Skills —
- End-to-end Recruitment & Hiring
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- HR Policies & Documentation
- Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
- Performance & Team Management
- Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
- Proficiency in HRMS & MS Office
2. Experience —
- 2+ years of HR management and recruitment experience
3. Education —
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4. Good to Have —
- Experience in employee engagement & retention
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting
- Experience with HRMS / payroll software
- Prior experience in the fashion, retail, or luxury industry
