- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes as per company procedures.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, letters, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor support and office requirements.
- Manage office stationery inventory and place requisitions when required.
- Assist HR and Administration teams with day-to-day operational activities.
- Respond to email inquiries and provide basic information to visitors and callers

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
