Fashion Designer Wanted – Join Victory Rainwear
We are a well-established and growing rainwear apparel company with a strong presence in the market, known for delivering innovative, high-quality, and stylish rainwear products. As we continue to expand our product range and strengthen our brand identity, we are looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze current fashion, sportswear, and rainwear trends.
- Develop innovative design concepts, seasonal collections, and product ideas.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications.
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and materials suitable for rainwear products.
- Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in product development from concept to final production.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in apparel design; experience in outerwear, sportswear, or rainwear is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and color trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
