We are looking for a **Senior Accountant** who can independently lead the Accounts & Finance Department with complete ownership and accountability.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliances, payroll, and financial reporting, while ensuring timely adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
In addition to managing day-to-day accounting operations, the candidate should be capable of preparing **financial projections, budgeting, cash flow analysis, MIS reports, profitability analysis, and business performance reports**. They should proactively analyze the company's financial performance, identify areas for cost optimization, provide strategic financial insights, and recommend actionable measures to support management in improving profitability and driving business growth.
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and result-oriented finance professional who can contribute beyond routine accounting by helping the organization make informed financial decisions and achieve its long-term business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, payroll processing, and taxation.
- Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and financial reporting is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
