Job Details
- Location: Sonipat
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Plant HR / Factory HR
- Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Factory Setup
- Key Skill Preference: Factory Compliance, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Contractor Handling
Role & Responsibilities
- Handling complete plant HR operations
- Managing factory statutory compliance and labour law compliance
- Maintaining employee records and statutory documentation
- Attendance and payroll coordination
- Contractor labour management and compliance tracking
- Handling ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, and related compliances
- Employee grievance handling and disciplinary actions
- Coordination during audits and inspections
- Preparing HR MIS reports and documentation
- Joining formalities, induction, and employee engagement activities
- Implementation knowledge of new labour codes and their Compliances (Wages, Social Security, Industrial Relations, and Occupational Safety)
- Renewal of Factory license and contract labour license.
- Maintaining records of incidents and ISO Audits
- Conducts ISO and employee industrial safety trainings
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of:
- Factory Act
- CLRA Compliance
- Minimum Wages Act
- ESIC & PF Compliance
- Labour Law Documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
Candidate Requirement
- Candidate should be comfortable working at Sonipat plant location
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
