About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The role requires someone who is data-driven, proactive, and focused on delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Create lead generation, sales, website traffic, remarketing, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance daily.
- Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Build audience segmentation and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Analytics & Tracking
- Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Implement conversion tracking across websites and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance using data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Create dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Identify growth opportunities through analytics.
Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing pages.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing.
- Recommend improvements for forms, CTAs, and user experience.
- Work closely with the content team to improve ad copy and landing page messaging.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.
- Recommend budget allocation based on campaign performance.
- Present insights and optimization recommendations to internal teams.
