Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to own paid media and social performance campaigns end to end for WHC and its clients. This is a newly created senior-level role designed to strengthen WHC's paid search and paid social capability in response to growing client demand.
The right person will bring 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and paid social campaigns across multiple accounts — with a strong track record of delivering measurable ROAS, qualified leads and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid search and social platforms.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and setup to optimisation, reporting and scaling.
- Develop media plans and campaign strategies aligned with client goals, target audiences and budgets.
- Set up and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen and Performance Max on Google.
- Build and manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn from setup to ongoing optimisation.
Budget Management & ROAS Optimisation
- Manage and allocate media budgets across accounts — ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) at all times.
- Optimise bids, targeting parameters, audiences and ad creatives for peak campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor spend pacing and adjust allocations to meet performance targets.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven improvements swiftly.
- Deliver consistent improvement in cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA) and ROAS metrics across accounts.
Audience Targeting & Testing
- Build, refine and test audience segments using first-party data, lookalike audiences and interest-based targeting.
- Design and run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages and audiences to improve conversion rates.
- Use retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage high-intent audiences and improve funnel conversion.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm changes — adapting strategies proactively.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Track, measure and report campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard and other analytics tools.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for each client account — tracking KPIs, spend, conversions and ROAS.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across all accounts.
- Contribute to QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) for key client accounts.
Creative Collaboration & Client Communication
- Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to brief, review and deploy high-performing ad assets.
- Provide creative direction for ad visuals and copy based on performance data and audience insights.
- Communicate campaign results, strategy and recommendations directly to clients in a clear and structured manner.
- Coordinate with the Client Servicing team to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met.
- Participate in client meetings, strategy presentations and campaign review calls.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification and / or Meta Blueprint Certification is strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications in GA4, HubSpot or digital analytics are a plus.
Experience
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency environment.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable ROAS improvement and lead generation results.
- Experience with paid social platforms — Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 for conversion tracking, audience building and reporting.
- Experience managing and optimising media budgets ranging from small to large scale.
Skills & Competencies
Must Have
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads — Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager — campaign creation, optimisation and reporting
- Proficiency in GA4 — conversion tracking, audience creation, attribution
- Audience targeting, segmentation and retargeting across paid platforms
- A/B testing — ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences
- Budget management and ROAS optimisation across multiple accounts
- Performance reporting — structured, insight-driven and client-ready
- Strong analytical skills — ability to read data and act on it quickly
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for pixel and tracking setup
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals — to align paid and organic strategy
- Experience with landing page tools — Unbounce, Instapage or equivalent
- Familiarity with CRM tools — Zoho CRM, HubSpot or equivalent
- Experience in e-commerce performance marketing
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Strong communication and client presentation skills
