Job Responsibility
A- Core Customer Service
- Welcoming Shoppers: Acting as the face of the business by greeting customers as they enter and offering assistance.
- Product Recommendations: Using deep product knowledge to answer questions and help customers find items that fit their specific needs.
- Issue Resolution: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and processing returns with a professional, empathetic attitude
B-Transactions & Sales
- Processing Payments: Operating cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems to handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Meeting Targets: Working toward daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas set by store management
C-Store & Inventory Operations
- Stock Management: Restocking shelves, unpacking deliveries, and keeping the sales floor well-organized.
- Visual Merchandising: Arranging product displays, signage, and promotional materials to attract customers and boost sales
Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
