- Install and commission kitchen accessories such as modular kitchen fittings, hinges, drawer systems, gas lifts, and other hardware.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and provide effective solutions.
- Handle service requests, complaints, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of installed products.
- Train dealers, installers, and customers on proper product usage and installation.
- Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation for all service activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to address recurring issues and improve product design.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
