Role Overview
The Store Manager serves as the bridge between business strategy and in-store execution. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, team engagement and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experience and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Drive store sales, conversions and achievement of business targets.
Recruit, coach, mentor and develop high-performing retail teams.
Manage cash, inventory, stock accuracy and product quality checks.
Ensure SOP compliance, eye-check quality standards and POS accuracy.
Plan staffing, schedules and maintain store presentation and equipment.
Qualifications
2+ years experience as Store Manager.
Candidate Profile
A customer-focused retail leader with strong people management capabilities, operational discipline and the ability to inspire teams while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
