Role Overview
We are seeking a creative Social Media & Graphic Design Expert to elevate our online presence. You will be responsible for translating the intricate beauty of Chikankari and the inspiring stories of our artisans into compelling digital graphics and social media content that drives engagement and e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Design high-quality visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube), website banners, email newsletters, and digital ad campaigns.
- Content Creation & Video Editing: Produce engaging video content (Reels, Shorts) and static posts that highlight our product catalog, artisanal embroidery techniques (e.g., Bakhiya, Tepchi, Ghaspatti), and brand mission.
- Social Media Management: Develop, plan, and execute a consistent social media content calendar. Engage with followers, build community, and manage daily publishing.
- Strategy & Analytics: Monitor engagement metrics, track ROI on campaigns, and continuously optimize content strategies to increase brand reach, website traffic, and conversions.
- Brand Identity: Ensure all visuals and copy maintain a cohesive, elegant, and heritage-focused aesthetic aligned with the Shwet Artistry brand.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven track record in graphic design and social media management, preferably in the apparel, e-commerce, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Design Tools: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.). Canva expertise is a plus.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices, with a strong focus on Instagram and Pinterest.
- Portfolio: A strong creative portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and successful social media campaigns.
- Industry Affinity: An understanding of or appreciation for Indian handlooms, traditional crafts, and ethical/slow fashion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
