What this role is really about?
This is not a deep ML research role and not only a “prompt writing” role. We are looking for someone who is genuinely AI- heavy: someone who keeps track of what is happening in the AI world, tries new tools, understands the culture of AI tools, and can turn that awareness into useful learning resources, content, workflows, and internal systems.
- You do not need to know AI technically in depth on day one. You do not need to explain model architecture, advanced machine learning, or complex math.
- It is appreciable if you understand concepts like LLMs, agents, RAG, APIs, webhooks, vector databases, or automation logic, but this is a bonus, not the entry gate.
- The most important thing is genuine interest in AI, daily curiosity, fast learning, strong internet research, clear communication, and a builder mindset.
What the intern will work on:
1. AI research and trend tracking
- Track major AI launches, tool updates, model releases, viral workflows, creator experiments, and AI industry shifts.
- Create simple research briefs: what changed, why it matters, who should care, and how someone can try it.
- Maintain a living AI resource library: tools, workflows, prompts, templates, newsletters, blogs, reports, courses, creators, and examples.
- Convert complex AI news into beginner-friendly explanations for students, professionals, founders, and creators.
2. AI course design and learning resources
- Support course module planning, lesson outlines, study material PDFs, cheat sheets, guides, quizzes, exercises, and tool lists.
- Create practical AI workflow templates that learners can copy for real work: research, marketing, content, business operations, study, productivity, and automation.
- Help structure learning paths around AI basics, AI tools, prompt workflows, AI for productivity, AI for marketing, AI agents, no-code automation, and AI for founders or teams.
- Review AI-generated material for clarity, usefulness, examples, accuracy, and human tone.
3. Content, newsletters, and community updates
- Draft Teonox.ai WhatsApp community updates, newsletters, blog ideas, LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-form video scripts, and social captions.
- Turn AI tools and trends into content formats such as “Tool of the Week”, “Workflow of the Week”, “AI News in 5 Minutes”, “What changed?”, “Why it matters?”, and “How to use it”.
- Help maintain a practical, clear, current, beginner-friendly, and credible Teonox.ai voice.
4. Workflow templates and internal automations
- Prototype no-code or low-code workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Google
Docs, Slack, email tools, or similar systems.
- Work toward automating parts of AI news scraping, content collection, blog drafting, newsletter preparation, social media repurposing, approval tracking, and reporting.
- Document each workflow as a simple SOP so the team can repeat, delegate, improve, or automate it further.
- Understand where human review is needed so AI output does not become careless, inaccurate, or off-brand.
5. Founder’s office execution
- Support fast experiments, competitor research, creator/influencer research, product ideas, course structure decisions, growth experiments, and launch preparation.
- Prepare concise notes, decision documents, checklists, trackers, and research summaries for the founder/team.
- Own small projects end-to-end instead of waiting only for task-by-task instructions.
- Genuine interest in AI and how the AI world is evolving.
- Habit of staying updated through newsletters, blogs, YouTube, X/LinkedIn, Discord/communities, product launches, and tool demos.
- Ability to research fast and simplify information for beginners.
- Good writing and content structuring skills for guides, newsletters, WhatsApp updates, PDFs, and quizzes.
- Comfort with experimenting independently when the tool or workflow is unfamiliar.
- Strong organization: can maintain trackers, SOPs, databases, calendars, resource libraries, and clean documentation.
- High ownership, speed, reliability, and willingness to learn by doing.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
