Job Summary:
A Vehicle Insurance Advisor is responsible for helping customers choose the right motor insurance (2-wheeler & 4-wheeler), explaining policy benefits, and assisting with purchase and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for motor insurance (bike & car insurance)
- Explain insurance policies (third-party & comprehensive)
- Help customers choose suitable coverage based on needs
- Assist in policy issuance, renewals, and documentation
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals
- Support customers during claim process (if required)
- Maintain customer database for follow-ups and renewals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle insurance policies
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualification:
- 12th pass / Graduate
- IRDAI certification (preferred or can be done after joining)
- Experience in insurance or sales is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
