- Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance processes for patients.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for pre-authorization approvals.
- Manage CGHS and ECHS scheme documentation, approvals, billing, and claim processing.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy details, and required documents.
- Prepare and submit claim documents accurately and within timelines.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
- Maintain records of insurance claims, approvals, and denials.
- Coordinate with billing, nursing, and medical records departments for required documents.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, CGHS/ECHS guidelines, and insurance protocols.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in hospital insurance / TPA operations.
- Experience in handling CGHS and ECHS schemes is mandatory/preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
