We're looking for Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants who are driven, customer-focused, and passionate about helping professionals invest in their career growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Consult, Guide & Convert

Connect with high-intent inbound leads.

Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend the right GrowthSchool programs.

Build trust through consultative conversations and help professionals make informed learning decisions.
Own Your Sales Pipeline

Manage leads from qualification through enrolment.

Schedule discovery sessions or independently close enrolments.

Maintain accurate pipeline updates and CRM records.
Collaborate & Innovate

Partner with Marketing, Account Executives, and Program Managers to improve outreach strategies.

Share customer insights, objections, and feedback to continuously enhance the learner experience.
Deliver Results

Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Track performance metrics and optimize your conversion rates.
✅ What We're Looking For
Sales Consultant

1–3 years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development
Senior Sales Consultant

3–5 years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development
You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have

A passion for consultative selling and building customer relationships.

Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.

Proven success in sales, prospecting, or pipeline management.

A resilient, self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment.

Experience in EdTech or high-ticket B2C consultative sales.

Understanding of learner personas such as working professionals, career switchers, and freelancers.

Experience demonstrating digital products or online learning solutions.
